Clan Finder is a community directory for public OSRS clan information. Verified recruitment listings are created by clan owners or representatives; clearly labeled unclaimed records may be created from attributed public sources.

An unclaimed or source-verified record is not an owner-authored listing. A source badge describes where public facts came from and does not mean Clan Finder verified ownership, recruitment status, links, or requirements.

We provide listing, discovery, search, and moderation tools. We are not a party to any clan, clan application, Discord server, event, trade, payment, rank decision, or player relationship that may result from a listing.

Clan Finder may store factual public clan data, aggregate statistics, source identifiers, source links, and refresh timestamps for directory discovery. Source records are ranked below approved owner listings and may be withheld, corrected, merged, or removed.

Claim requests are manually reviewed. Approval only authorizes the claimant to submit a complete listing for normal moderation; it does not automatically transfer ownership, publish a recruitment listing, or grant a ClanFinder verification badge.

Claimants must provide accurate leadership information and must not submit credentials or impersonate clan staff. Clan Finder may request additional confirmation, reject conflicting evidence, expire approvals that are not used, revoke access, or restrict accounts that submit false ownership claims.

Clan representatives may request correction, removal, or review of an unclaimed record through its claim process or the public support channel.

Listings may be reviewed, approved, rejected, edited, paused, suspended, or removed to support safety, accuracy, platform compliance, and directory quality.

Approval, moderation, visibility, search placement, or continued publication does not mean that Clan Finder verifies, affiliates with, sponsors, recommends, supports, guarantees, or endorses any clan or its members.

Clan owners and submitters are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and permissions for the information, images, links, requirements, and claims they submit.

Listings must represent real OSRS clans or communities and must not impersonate another clan, promote phishing, malware, account services, gold selling, gambling, luring, automation, rule-breaking services, or other unsafe activity.

Players are responsible for deciding whether to join, contact, apply to, trade with, or interact with any listed clan or external community.

Do not share RuneScape credentials, recovery details, bank details, private account information, authentication codes, or sensitive personal information through Clan Finder, a listing, Discord, or any linked site.

Each approved listing may be reported through the site report function. Reports can be used for outdated information, broken or unsafe links, impersonation, rule-breaking promotion, or other concerns.

When a report is submitted, it is made available to moderators for review. Moderators may review the report details, the listing content, linked destinations, account trust signals, prior reports, and any relevant site records before deciding what action to take.

After review, Clan Finder may leave the listing unchanged, ask the clan owner to revise the listing, edit or disable unsafe content, suspend the listing while concerns are investigated, or remove the listing from public view. Serious safety issues such as phishing, malware, impersonation, account-service promotion, or other high-risk abuse may result in immediate takedown without prior notice.

Reports are reviewed for moderation purposes, but submitting a report does not guarantee removal, a particular outcome, or a direct response. Urgent safety concerns, illegal activity, Discord abuse, or in-game rule violations should also be reported to the appropriate platform, authority, or Jagex reporting channel.

Clan listings may include Discord invites, websites, application forms, social pages, or other third-party links controlled by the clan or another third party.

Clan Finder does not control those external services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, moderation decisions, payments, promises, or conduct. Users should review external pages before joining or applying.

Clan Finder may operate free-entry community competitions using public or connected Wise Old Man data. Each competition page forms part of these terms and states the event window, scoring metric, eligible contribution limit, tie-break process, advertised prizes, and any event-specific requirements.

A participating clan must have an approved public Clan Finder listing and a linked Wise Old Man group. The person registering confirms that they are authorized to enter the clan and that affected members understand their public WOM data may be used for scoring.

Participants must keep their WOM group and player profiles accurate and refresh relevant profiles around published scoring boundaries. Missing, stale, removed, renamed, or unavailable WOM data may be excluded where a reliable event-window gain cannot be established. Late entries begin from their recorded join-time baseline.

Signed-in users may post public comments and feedback on community competition pages. Users must not post harassment, spam, scams, personal information, unsafe links, fabricated claims, or content that violates Jagex or applicable platform rules.

Clan Finder may rate-limit, hide, retain, review, or remove comments and restrict accounts where needed for moderation, safety, event integrity, or abuse prevention. Use the private report action for suspected cheating or sensitive safety concerns instead of publishing unverified allegations in the discussion.

Displayed competition standings may be live or provisional until Clan Finder completes reasonable validation and fair-play review. Clan Finder may correct a calculation, mark an entry for review, disqualify manipulated or unverifiable data, or request evidence needed to confirm an eligible winning clan contact and recipient.

Advertised Old School Bond prizes have no cash alternative. Prize availability, recipient verification, claim instructions, claim deadline, delivery method, and any location or age restrictions must be stated on the applicable competition page or in winner communications. Entrants are responsible for applicable taxes, account restrictions, and compliance with local requirements.

Clan Finder may pause, reschedule, shorten, extend, cancel, or substitute an equivalent prize where a WOM outage, game outage, security incident, cheating, legal restriction, insufficient participation, or another event outside reasonable control prevents a fair result. Material changes will be published on the competition page where practical.

Account users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate listing information, and removing listings they no longer control.

Email verification, Discord sync, RSN linking, and Wise Old Man sync may support moderation review and account trust, but they do not guarantee clan ownership by themselves. Moderators may request more context before approving, restoring, or changing sensitive listings.

Clan Finder is an independent community directory. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by, operated by, or officially supported by Jagex, Old School RuneScape, RuneScape, RuneLite, Discord, or Wise Old Man unless that party explicitly states otherwise.

Jagex, RuneScape, and Old School RuneScape names and marks belong to Jagex. Users must follow applicable Jagex rules and third-party platform rules when using Clan Finder, submitting listings, or interacting with listed communities.

We may update these terms, listing rules, moderation practices, or site features as the service changes.

We may limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue any listing, feature, or account access where needed for security, compliance, abuse prevention, operational reliability, or directory quality.
